Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice explains how Dylan and Marissa Ferraraccio use information submitted through the Richmond AI Help website.
When you contact us
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business or website, the service you’re interested in, your meeting and contact preferences, and your message. We use this information to answer your inquiry, arrange a conversation, and discuss possible work.
Messages are sent to Dylan’s intake inbox through Cloudflare’s email services. His inbox is hosted by Google. Relevant inquiries may be shared with Marissa so she can help respond. The form does not sign you up for a mailing list or commit you to a purchase.
Website operation and security
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details, and security signals to deliver pages and help prevent abuse. We do not deliberately include your message contents in application logs.
This site does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. External websites and your email application have their own privacy practices.
How we use and keep messages
We use inquiries for communication and records related to the potential work. We do not sell your information. Messages may remain in our email accounts while we handle your inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and where needed for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
You may ask us to correct or delete information you have sent by emailing dylan@richmondaihelp.com. We’ll review the request and explain any records we need to retain.
Please keep sensitive information out of the form
Do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical records, or confidential client files. If a project requires access or sensitive material, we’ll agree on an appropriate way to share it.
When you book an introduction
Our booking links open Cal.com. Cal.com processes the name, email address, time, time zone, and any notes you provide to arrange your appointment and send booking communications. Bookings are added to Dylan’s Google Calendar, and video introductions use Google Meet. Cal.com checks the connected calendar for conflicts; visitors see available times rather than private calendar details.
These providers process information under their own privacy policies: Cal.com and Google. Please keep sensitive information out of booking notes. The free introduction does not commit you to paid work.
Payments and project agreements
Paid work, payment arrangements, and any additional data processing are agreed separately before a project begins. This website does not collect payment details.
