Dylan is an operations leader and builder with experience at Uber, Spin, Rivian, and Wingz. He’s currently COO and Re-Founder at Wingz; Richmond AI Help is a separate venture.
He brings a practical approach to AI, websites, and everyday business systems: understand the task, connect the useful tools, and check what happens next.
He’s also building Lobby Tennis in Richmond, bringing together a live website, match-planning tools, and content for Instagram and X.

Helped establish an early vehicle service and delivery center in Richmond, supporting the Mid-Atlantic region.
Led a 24-hour operation with more than 75 full-time employees plus contractors, spanning people, facilities, and P&L responsibilities.
Worked across driver-support operations, facilities, and a JUMP bike launch, coordinating teams and repeatable processes.
